Parameter Assignment GRC 10

1)      Can you assign parameters by Role in GRC 10? Standard functionality seems to only allows it by systems.

I am actually wondering about this as well. The parameter is only assigned to the user if the user request a specific role. The nearest I got is

hi,  you can easily assign parameter through change account request.But you have to mention the system.  Thanks, Arif

I would like to assign the parameters in a users SU01 record based on role and not system
