Sales Plan

Hi,

We have a business process scenario in our project and i need your help and inputs on this.

Business creates a sales plan every year (before the sales starts) and it contains how they planned sales for each region/state etc.

Sales plan is used to give targets to sales reps and incentive/bonus is calculated based on this.

Sales plan can change (kind of rolling sales plan) depdning on market conditions or some other parameters.

Right now it is manual process and they are doing in excel sheet. We have to automate it. Is there any way we can do sales plan in SAP?

Hi,

if you're CRM that functionality must be covered there but if you're using SD, one possibility I know of is thru LIS (custo:logistics general-Logistics Information system LIS-Planning) where you set parameters for your infraestructure, among them, planning method. Check SAP documentation on the same and thru CO-PA
