Dear all,

Have following queries pertaining to the Inquiry Processing VA11

1.What is the transaction code to find a list of all customers pertaining to a Sales Area?

2. While inquiry processing the desk clerk is getting details over phone...It is a new customer..the customer master doesnot exist? Can he save the details in the VA11?

He doesnot have time to write it down but wants to input product details and quantity into the system. So that later he goes in VA12 and makes the details final once his phone call is over?

Pls advise.

In Inquiry also, system will do the vailability check, but not block the material at inquiry stage.

Using T.code XD02 / XD03, select F4 on the customer field & enter the sales area for which you want to view the Customers list. If you do not select sales area & enter, it will give the list of customers.
