PPDS info required

Hi Experts,

I need info required on how to submit the planning into production

We are currently using the work center planning list, save this in Microsoft excel and then save it. so that my production plant(one plant xxxx) can see what is being  planned. We use APO to schedule our orders.

Is there any possibility to use APO and communicate the planning via APO to

production plant; including possibilities to enter comments or so?

Hii Prasad,

There are several standard reports in APO for the same purpose...

1./sapapo/PPL1- Production List (you can sort as per shift /day, similarly order can sort by resource/Product...)

2. /sapapo/cdps_rept- there are different selections ..

3. for comments purpose you can use /sapapo/RRP4... her also you can put your selection as per resource and target location etc.. and there is a column called Product memo, where you can put your comments

4. or else you can create on your own reports for comments purpose copying the standard sap reports and add one column of comments, and make an option to download the reports without comments from SAP and again upload  the report with comments,
