For single sign on to Incident Management from managed system

Hi Experts,

I like to know  whether  from managed systems is there any way to login solution manager by single sign on to check the incident posted by the user.

Hi,

I think you can create a remote enabled function in you solman that delivers incident data for a specific user. You call this function in your managed system via a trusted system relationship within your preferred UI (e.g. SAPGui-Programm with ALV or WebDynpro etc.).
