        why we need to change .REUSE--- >SET, NORESETLOGS-->RESETLOGS, In Control.sql in DBrefresh Actual steps. please can any one help me to fix this isseus.

It has a clear explanation as to why and when we replace REUSE with SET and RESETLOGS over a NORESTLOGS option in a control file script.

You have posted your question in wrong forum.

Anyways, Resetlogs is required to reset log sequence number for archive logs while doing database restore. Noresetlogs is used when you don't want to reset log sequence number and want to use same sequence number.
