Hi,
Item details tab is not visible for a single user only. Roles and authorization seems to be fine.
I also checked the system settings, and this seems also to be fine.
Do any one have idea to solve this problem. Thanks for your help in advance.

Hi Imran,
It seems Item fields are hidden in the Shop screen for that specific users.
Login with that user. Do right click on page where you cannot see the fields, under user settings, check the invisible elements.
You need to restore the hidden elements.

You can ttry to delete users personalization settings to restore it.
Go to SICF and then
sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/wd_analyze_config_user
