Standard workflow WS12000004 is not triggering from LSO_PV04

Hello,

I have a requirement of triggering workflow WS12000004 from transaction LSO_PV04, when participant cancelled his participation in particular course.

I checked all required SPRO configurations(table LSOWF_CUSTOMIZE) with my functional, Everything is fine. Event binding is active and event triggering is also active.  When I performed transaction LSO_PV04, no event has been triggered in SWEL.

I am using business object LSO_PARTIC and event CANCELREQUEST as triggering event,

Could anybody help me in this regard, If I am missing any checks in configuration. I checked all possible discussions in SCN, but couldn't find any solution.

Hi,

I assume that all the basic WF config is already correct including the job part (in transaction SWU3).

Did you check if the event trigger was activated in the Workflow?

Did you check the WF status? in release status?

Did you check that the WS and TS item were available for everybody?

Set as general task?
