managed system configuration

Hi

I have configured solution manager 7.1 in managed system configuration under technical scenerio. its completed.

i want to understand 2 things

1 - why its plugin status is yellow as per this screen shot

2 - when i click on technical systems why it shows red as in this screen shot

how can i solve this problem?

Hi ,

Go to SOL system run the RTCCTOOL in se38 and check the latest plugin status and update the same in the SOL system.

Normally this plug-in status took the RTCCTOOL report.

after running  this report its showing  8 sap notes  which are note implemented and one sap note implemented

do i have to implement all these notes?

Hi,

Only update plugin like ST-A/PI and ST-PI addon and check it.

thanks for your help. its showing Addon ST-PI 2008_1_700 successfully implemented and rest of the sap notes are showing to download and use saint to update addons of ST-PI etc.

should i upgrade solution manager to latest stack then check it? or is there anything else which i have to perfom ?

Hi,

     We solved the issue by applying all the notes listed in the RTCCTOOL report. It's always better to apply all the notes which has been listed in the RTCCTOOL report.
