Customization for Tender

Hi SAP Gurus,

my client wants to map the scenario for tender (Government tenders) filing in SD module, How to Go about it? The process is -- Government departments advertise in news papers, and invites tender quotations from different parties. Different Parties submit the tender, negotiations happen and a price is fixed. in this scenario price changes at least for 4/ 5 times. then government body releases the PO.

Please Help ....... urgently

You could get an answer to your question in MM forum, as it is MM issue. Certainly, what you say is logically possible in SAP.

As the process is related to sales, we want to map it in SD? Please give me any clue to map this tender process in SD.
