Hello Friends,

I wanted to know whether we can create/configure more than one process schema in Process Controlled Workflow for shopping cart / PO objects? If yes how we can create them?

Hi Kumar,

Yes you can have multiple process schemas for same business object. For e.g. you can have different process schemas based on Country of requester or some other criterion.

One business object can have multiple process schemas--> Each process schema can have one or more process levels-->Each process level is an individual step that requires processing by an Agent(except automatic step).

SPRO-->SAP Implementation Guide-->SAP Supplier Relationship Management-->SRM Server-->Cross-Application Basic Settings-->Business Workflow-->Process-Controlled Workflow-->Business Process Configuration-->Define Process Levels-->Execute

Select a business object like BUS2121 and choose 'Process Schema Evaluation' on left panel --> Choose new entries-->Provide BUS2121 and Evaluation ID i.e. nothing but your new process schema

Go back twice and select the BUS2121 and choose Process Schema Definition --> Choose your new schema and chssoe Process Level Configuration --> Here you can deinfe process levels for the new schema.

Have a look at this document:

Hi Kumar,

yes, it's possible... You can define more schemas, but have to create a rule, which determines, what schema to take.

check my blog posts.
