SAP FIORI application error - Sales Application(Track Sales Order)

Hi All,

I am not getting any data after executing the Track Sales Order Application , after doing the complete configuration.

I am getting below error in  /IWFND/ERROR_LOG transaction.

Can anyone resolve the issue.

Hi Netaji,

What is issue in app UI point of view? Did app UI show same error message?

Hi Masayuki,

The app UI is not showing any error.  The app was opened successfully but the data was not shown in the app.If i run the transaction /IWFND/ERROR_LOG. it is showing above attached error. Please find the screen shot below.

Hi Netaji,

It seems some error in the OData Runtime Data Provider Class.

Here are general troubleshooting steps.

1. Identify the oData URI. Inspect elements - > networktab

2. Test the OData URI in the transaction /IWFND/GW_CLIENT

3. Set external break point in the get_entity_set method and find the root cause.

Hi Netaji,

Please open Track Sales Order app directly. Not from launchpad.

Hi Masayuki,

I have executed the URI : /sap/opu/odata/UI2/PAGE_BUILDER_PERS/Pages('SRA018_SD_SO_MON')?

in /IWFND/GW_CLIENT. It is showing 200 ok. Please find the screen shot below

Hi Masayuki,

The problem is because of mapping the Sales employee with the corresponding sale org, dist channel and division.

Once that mapping was done according to the SD configuration. it is started working automatically.
