Recently IDOCS have been showing up in the RWB in a 'wait' state. Using SXMB_MONI, the messages are listed as 'Scheduled'. The only way to release these IDOCs is to go into Monitor for Message Packages under the Monitoring Tab and release via this transaction. Nothing was changed in the Mapping Interfaces. I can not determine why these messages are hung in this 'wait' state.
In reviewing SXMB_MONI, the queue is referrred to as 'Package', On procesed transactions for this flow, the correct queue is 'XBTO*'. Should the XBTO queue be re-registered through the SXMB_ADM?.

Hi -
Looks like you have a filter set up for IDoc message packages. Did you create this scenario? Maybe the maximum number of IDocs haven't come in yet. Or maybe one of the related jobs that would trigger these messages have failed.
Take a look at the following for more info:

The process is not a BPM and it has been running successfully for 5 months. Is it possible to have problems with the queues although nothing has changed recently.

Hi,
Check the SXMB_MONI_BPE, if you are using BPM. and check that Wait ststus is at which step is it waiting for correlation messages ..
you can monitor the BPM with the following link
And also check the Queues , in general if any error occures in Queue ,process will be stopped not delay.

check SM57 and look for any error since past few days. also if you are using BPM it is possible that something wrong with your BPM design i.e. it is waiting for other Idocs.
