Information Steward provides the functionality to maintain all metadata and business glossary information in a centralised fashion but is it possible to have this data pushed down to (all) UNX universes in BO 4.x?
For instance, if we enter in Information Steward a comprehensive description on how the 'Revenue' field in our data warehouse is calculated, can we have this description automatically "pushed down" to all universes that contain this Revenue field?
It is possible to create universes from Information Steward by using the "Export to Universe" option - but is this just a one-way street, e.g. the universe will be created just once, or can these IS-generated universes have their descriptions "synced" whenever we update the IS Metapedia? And can this "syncing" of descriptions also work with universes created in IDT?
