How to track which method in a webdynpro view has been changes through Transport Request

If i know a the Transport request number, in SE09 it only shows the view name which was changed. How to know what exactly was changed in the view.

Layout or Context or Method; if method then which method was changed?

Hi Sharmila,

This can be done by using version management.

Steps:

1. Open WD view  using SE80
2. Go to menu Utilities ---> Versions ----> Version Management
3. You will be able to see all the Transport requests involved in versions
4. You need to select any two versions for comparison i.e. select the version of current Transport request and older version against which needs to be compared
5. Press F8 or click on compare icon
6. The change are highlighted with YELLOW triangle icon.

Hi Sharmila,

Open the WD Comp in SE80.

Right click on the view and select 'Version Management'.

Select the active and last version and select compare.

You will get all the changes made to the view.
