Dear Experts,

Last Friday, everything is great, but yesterday, problems showed up. During this period, I did nothing on changing any parameter or something else in my system. However, it suddenly told me I cannot log in anymore.

I have no idea why it happened. I didn't use this system from Saturday to Monday. How come it works last Friday, but died yesterday morning when I try to use it?

Hi,

Please check the logs in the /usr/sap/SID/DV*/work directory.

Second thing check that the MSsql database is up and running and log area is not full.

Third thing please post the the logs dev_ms,dev_w and dev_disp.

Try to do R3trans -d to check the connectivity with database with SIDADM.

Hope no network changes or drop happened.

your system is down, check the latest logs in instance work directory, Or try to restart the system including servers. Check out for guidance
