Hi,
I completed the file to idoc scenario exactly.
but i am not able to send the 'xml' file to target system.
will any of u plz let me know the things.
Thanks,
Lakshmi.
check:
1. sxmb_moni
2. in RWB check for adapter monitoring > comm.channel or if ur are in sp14 (i think so) u can directly check in comp.monitoring
3. Though silly, check if th file exists in the source folder
4. have enough NT access to read the file?
5. test ur mapping

Hi,
The error code "OUTBOUND_BINDING_NOT_FOUND" is becoz of no Receiver agreement for sender and this is for IDOC to File Scenario.
If there is no message in SXMB_MONI, do the below setting at Tcode SXMB_ADM.
Execute the Integration Engine Configuration
Check if role of business system has been configured to Integration Server or not. If it is not ,then configure it to Integration Server.

Prasanthi.

Hi Lakshmi,
>>>> <i>It showing Error ID as 'OUTBOUND_BINDING_NOT_FOUND'</i>
This error will come due to lack of Rcv determination. So check ur receiver determination once again.
Keep updating.
Cheers,
Prasanthi.

Hi,
You are telling that File to IDoc , so target system is IDoc , it is not file , then how you send xml file to target ...
you can send the xml file and that will map to Idoc .so the receiver is IDoc
is it correct

Chilla

Hi Lakshmi,
do u really expect a solution for such a poor question?
How can u expect to handle complex middleware if you not able to request a simple question?
Which "file to idoc scenario"? Plz set a link to the source?
What is going wrong? Which step does not work? Do you get any error message?
Regards,
Udo

Hi,
Thanks for ur concern.
I completed IR,ID configuration.
after finishing design and configuration, I created the gateway in target system/3 sys),
I copied the code into the sender folder with the mentioned filename.
But hear I am not getting any errors after activation the things.
But it is not picking the file from source directory.
can u help me regarding this.
Regards,
Lakshmi..
Hi Lakshmi
I think there is a problem in ur sender CC. Please mention . in the source directory parameter.
I also faced this kind of problem. If you created the file name with Capitel Letters and you will mention the file name with small letters. At that time it will not pick the file.
If it is working fine means check the adapter status.
Cheers..
Vasu
Hi,
Nothing to be like that Sir.
It is picking the file from source directory. when i checked in message monitioring
i am seeing "system error".
Regarding this i have some doubts.
1. weather i need to create the gateway in both systems?
2. In XI system with TC: IDX1, IDX2 i created the port info.
but i didn't created any thing in receiver system.
Regards,
lakshmi..
Hi Lakshmi,
To send (receive) IDOC to(from) R/3 system you need RFC destinations created in both XI and R/3 side.
For further information check the below blog and configure ur systems like below.
/people/ravikumar.allampallam/blog/2005/02/23/configuration-steps-required-for-posting-idocsxi
I hope this will help you
Regards,
Shri
Hi Guru,
I did according to ur advice.
I created RFC destination in both systems.
I activated the IR, IDand I saved the XML file in sender folder which I mentioned in
sender cc. now I am not able to see anything in MM in SLD.
will u plz guide me in this issue for further proceeding.
Thanks & Regards,
Lavanya.
Hi prabhu,
i did according to ur sugession.
1. when i used SXMB_MONI : i got the message ' no messages available for selection'.
2. when i used RWB: I am looking in ABAP Proxy system as ' You cannot log on to system ECC with user XIRWBUSER '
will u plz let me know what i can do
Thanks & Regards,
Lakshmi..
HI,
Are you using content conversion??
--First see the file is picked or not
-- If yes then goto RWB -- channel monitoring -- sender Communication channel
for errors
-- goto SXMB_MONI
--If no errors then gor to RWB for receiver side CC
So ,you have see the message that no message for selection in SXMB_MONI
before that see the Sender side CC error and also check the mapping.
see the below links
Regards
chilla
<i>reward points if it is helpful..</i>
<b>1. when i used SXMB_MONI : i got the message ' no messages available for selection'.</b>
check for the date/time entry in selection parameter of sxmb_moni. u can start from yesterdays date and identify ur item. then dopuble clcik on it and select the payload and test it in mappnig
<b>2. when i used RWB: I am looking in ABAP Proxy system as ' You cannot log on to system ECC with user XIRWBUSER '</b>
check in adapter engine in RWB
