Hi All,

Recently we are facing an issue with our system where DB is going down frequently.

We found the below log messages in KrnArchieve.

Hi Sunny,

Many thanks for your help.

Our system is running with DB version 7.9.08.11

We will upgrade the DB to 7.9.08.14

But the parameter value was already set the below value(NO).

UseReadAheadLob NO

Then my question is why the DB was going down as the solution was either to change the parameter or upgrade the DB.

Regards,

Ramakanta

Hello,

If that is the case then I would suggest you to raise an OSS.

Thanks,

Sunny
