Alert message on B1 throught B1if

Hi you all!

I need to develope an scenario on B1if that sends alert messages on B.One every time an XML file is on an specific folder. For example, the XML file has the format: oINVENTARIO_XXXXXXXXXXXXX.xml. When it arrive to a folder, a message should pop up on B1 saying that the file oInventario_XXXXXXXX.xml has arrived.

Any thoughts?
