TR not showing in production import queue.

Hi,

I am facing an issue, some of the approved TR's are not showing in production import queue. However the it is working fine when importing from development to quality, but when generating Tr from quality to production, something  goes wrong.

We have created 8 Transport Requests and after approval, only 6 TRs are showing in the Import queue of Production system and 2 are missing. There is no log generated for the same.

This issue is not bound only to the above mentioned 8 TR's, however we are facing this issue for some other TR's also.

Help me to resolve the issue.

Below define the Transport Routes:

DEV--> QUA-->> ABC (dummy system)--> PRD

Hello Ankit,

Can you check and confirm if you are able to see the approved requests in STMS_QA -> QA History ( It shows lists of TRs which has been approved ) including the ones which were not added to the Prod queue.

Hello

What happens when you try to add the transport requests manually to the PRD queue ?

Manually it is working fine, but it should be automatically added to Import queue. And the issue persist with only some TRs, not with other.

Thanks

Hi,

When you say approval do you mean that you have CHARM implemented in your landscape.

Do you see some similarity in the 2 transports that dint get added in the queue.Like any time or workbench or customising.

Would you also check the transport route connecting between the quality and production is delivery type. Just a common thing see that there is no filter set in the transport queue. Try to see if you find the request using cont+f option.

and why dont you try to create a group and rather than sending the transport from dummy system just get it directly in both system.

so would look like.

DEV--> QUA-->> Transport group ---->ABC (dummy system) and PRD

How many clients you have in quality. More than One if then check from which client the delivery route is created.

Thanks
