Hello All,
We are working on Windows Mobile device with SAP CRM Service Manager and very simple feature for every client application is RESET TEST CLIENT option, I almost looked up everywhere on the device and also used Windows Mobile Device Manager application to manipulate files but I couldnt find it.
Anyone know how to Reset Test Client on Windows Mobile OS and version of Agentry Client is 6.0.22.5 ?
P.S. : Normally, in iOS and Android, You first click About then there must be a button as a Reset Client Data or smt like that, but there is nothing like in Windows Mobile (PPC).

You can also reset the Agentry Client by hand on your WinCE/PPC device.
Exit the Agentry client first.
Use File Explorer to browse to: My Device\Program Files\SAP\Agentry (typical install location, but your location may differ).
Click and hold on each folder and delete them one by one.
Click and hold and delete any files called "Agentry". There may be up to 3 of these.
That should be it. Click on the AgentryClient executable to restart the client and you will notice that the application definitions have been removed and everything is reset. You must now provide user/password and server location details to transmit to an Agentry Server.

There is no Reset Client option for the Windows clients. The reset client is part of the Agentry Client core which the ATE, Win32, and WinCE clients do not have. There is a FR to add this ability into the client. You can you the following SAP KBA for more infomration:
