Transfer of Credit Card Transactions (VISA)

Hi all.

I have a requirement to change credit card company from AMEX to VISA.

I have used RPRCCC_READ_KR1025 to convert AMEX(.KR1025) file to SAP format file (.CCD)

So now I'm looking for another program which can be used as instead of above program for VISA.

Now I have 2 informations,

-> I can use PGM :RPRCCC_VISA_VCF4 for convert VISA(.VCF4) file to SAP format file (.CCD)

-> But I couldn't find this program in client's SAP

-> Except for Amex (KR1025 )format SAP does not support any other format.

These two are different, so I am confused.

My questions,

(A) How can I use RPRCCC_VISA_VCF4 ?

(B) If I can't use it, should I develop a upload program to convert Visa Credit card transation(.vcf) to SAP format file (.CCD) ?

Hi,

which release is used?

- Support for VFC format has been delivered with some Enhancement Package, I think EHP4 or later.

AMEX:

- Amex has various file formats on global level. KR1025 is one of them. There is also BTA format, various GL* formats (e.g. GL1025) and local formats. Furthermore, there may be local/ custom adjustments in delivery, so even if it claims to be the right file format, its content is not necessarily what SAP standard expects.

For individual solutions, check FMs HR_TRV_CCC*, which are also used by the other upload reports.
