Role Usage Synchronization in GRC ERM 5.3

Hello,

when starting the Role Usage Synchronization in ERM for a production system the job does not run correctly.

Job history is not showing any error, but:

31	11/4/13 3:05:45 AM	Ready	Job created
31	11/4/13 3:06:23 AM	Running	Job running
31	11/4/13 3:06:23 AM	Completed	Job completed

The connector for the production system was created just before creating the job.

Is a re-start of ERM required before the sync job can be released? Is there any other setting missing?

For other, already available systems, the job ran correctly without issues.

We are on GRC 5.3 SP19.

Got the solution, forgot to run the initial load jobs in ERM

• Transaction Synch Job
• Activity Synch Job
