cannot create SC randonmly at 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM

Hi,

We are in SRM7,

This only happens to single user and this happens randonmly for every month or 2

When user creates SC between 04:30 to 05:00 PM, user gets a blank screen and cannot proceed. after 5 PM user will be able to create SC successfully.

Please advise

Hi Kumar,

please check, which jobs run this time.

Also check the logs/traces (not only in SAP, but also on OS level)...

Does the user use some kind of a jobs, panned on a client PC during this period?
