Hi,
Has anyone had any luck with getting Mobile Infrastructure 7 client (for MAM 3.0) to work on Windows 7 devices with a recent version of java?
I know that 1.4 is the supported version but we have managed to get MI working on WinXP with Java 6/7 by altering the startup, shutdown and tomcat Windows batch files to point to the new Java location.
I have tried this on Win7 (both 32 and 64 bit) but it does not work and gives me a HTTP 403 error after logging in with the user details, stating that it does not have permission to view the webpage.
MI works when we use Java 1.4 but unfortunately we cannot use this for security reasons and we currently use WinXP devices but these are becoming unsupported so we need to move onto Win7
Does anyone know of anywhere else I can look?
Regards,
Hi,
We have managed to get around this by using SAP JVM 4.1.
This seems to just be a folder with the executable files within it. Does anyone know if there is an installable version of SAP JVM 4.1 for windows? (that would appear in control panel -> Programs and Features)
Regards,
