OBR2 : Delete customer master Data without transaction data

Dear Gurus,

     I want to delete some customer master data, which are without transation data in SAP, but when i go to the OBR2 and input the customer code as below ,

After excute, system show no data listed

but the customer number is in the system as you can see

any advice ,thanks/.

Hi,

Could you select General master data with COMPANY CODE  and check some program control with either Test control or customer detail log
