Disable confirm button SOLMAN 7.1 ITSM

Hi All,

We need to disable the confirm button in ITSM for incidents for one of our clients, I see there is a lot of discussions how to enable the confirm button on SP05. Our clients SOLMAN is currently on SP07, any input will be appreciated.

Hi Kamil,

Thank you, but I'm only looking for a way to deactivate or to remove the Confirm button from the CRM WEB UI Tool bar. The processor should still be able to confirm the incident when he or she change the status to confirm.
