我用t-code：soamanager输入打开URL并且登录以后，出现一下报错：

500 Internal Server ErrorError while processing your query

当我新增了RZ10参数icm/host_name_full为brsapeccdev.braccosine.com 后，并且修改了host文件，再次用soamanager时，返回消息

Network Access Message: The website cannot be found

我该怎么做。（我用的网络有个连接特定的DNS后缀）

你好，

你需要定义FQHN，例如bsh-2k8-dev.yourcompany.com。

修改note 773830里面那个提到的参数，然后重启动。

同时也要确保FQHN可以在pc端解析成正确的IP地址。设置DNS服务器或者etc/hosts文件。

我定义了fqhn，可能一开始定义错了，brsapeccdev.braccosine.com现在我改成了

bsh-2k8-dev.yourcompany.com不知道行不行。

ip地址我在host里面改过了，目前服务器还在重启，等下不知道行不。

有两个地方你需要注意一下。

1. 打开之后的URL里是否使用了你定义的FQHN。

2. 在PC端你的FQHN是否能解析为正确的IP地址。通过ping FQHN来确认一下。

这两个地方:

1.打开的URL是使用了我定义的FQHN。

2.pc端我ping之前的brsapeccdev.braccosine.com不行，ping不通，

改后的bsh-2k8-dev.yourcompany.com我还没有试，客户这边的服务器还没重启。

然后这边公司网络有个 连接特定的 DNS 后缀: ap.bracco.p但是riv。然后他的项目不是我熟悉的ip地址，这个有什么联系么。实际上的ip地址是。10.11.1.3. 我更改的host文件是

10.11.1.3

brsapeccdev.braccosine.com

这样有没有错。

我改成了bsh-2k8-dev.braccosine.com 并且ping也成功了，但是依旧用不了soamanager 。错误消息

你ping bsh-2k8-dev.braccosine.com和ping bsh-2k8-dev的时候得到的ip地址一样么？

ping bsh-2k8-dev.braccosine.com得到的ip是host我改的，ping bsh-2k8-dev的时候得到的ip地址是个ipv6地址。

貌似是网络问题。你可以尝试用ip地址直接连一下试试。

http://10.11.1.3:8000/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/appl_soap_management

最好把etc/hosts里面的ip维护成ping bsh-2k8-dev的这个ip。
