Shipment cost - Delivery tab and delivery item tab missing at the item level

Hi Friends,

We have an issue with the shipment cost .ie; at the item level of the shipment cost, we can see three tabs, ie; delivery , delivery item & shipment cost item. In our case only one tab can be seen ie; shipment cost item tab & the other two tabs are missing. please note, my delivery document is linked to the shipment correctly. Can you advise on the following please?

a) How delivery ,delivery item & shipment cost tabs are pulled in the shipment cost line ? where the settings would be maintained for the same?

b) What could be the reason for these tabs (delivery & delivery item tab) missing in the shipment cost line item level?

Hi,

In our case only one tab can be seen ie; shipment cost item tab & the other two tabs are missing.

In T_56 transaction ,for your Item category ,Field " Cost dist. " make it with " Delivery "  ( as well as in T_06 ,Field " Calc.base " make it wit "Delivery " ) and run full cycle and see the result.I hope,you will get .
