Change the way how VBUK-GBSTK is set.

Hi All,

Currently  the order status set to VBUK-GBSTK is set to "C"  when the delivery drop(even before goods issue). Is there a way we can set the status to "C" after good issue?.

Hai Mr. Chandra,

Standard SAP update delivery status in sales order.

In delivery only the Processed / not processed status will be updated.

You can get the status in VBUK- WBSTK by entering the delivery order.

Hi,

Partially delivery status is set in case the indicator "Partial delivery at

item level" is set to "No limit to subsequent deliveries"

(VBAP-KZTLF = D). If the partial delivery indicator is D, the system

permits any number of subsequent deliveries.  With this indicator,

the sales order item never receives the status 'Completed'.

Your comment about Partial delivery = D is interesting!

The testing was good learning too!

But as you said the sales order status shall never be "Completed". It shall always remain "Being Processed". But this shall not fulfil the requirement.

The requirement is to have the sales order (overall) status = C, once PGI is done.

OD has posted an informative post!

Added: In sales order, when delivery (ies) is created for the entire quantity in the sales order, then VBUK-GBSTK (overall status) = Complete. The system does not check if picking or PGI done for those quantities in the delivery.

This is standard behaviour.

Could you please explain the business requirement behind this requirement?
