How to Calculate Accural Amount for Migration

Hi,

We have to migrate few rebates from legacy to new sap system.

in VB03 i am seeing total accrual amount per condition records. I need to get that value and insert in to new system as manual accrual through VB02.

This information is calculated at run time. i am not finding any table which stores accumulated accruals value per rebate agreement.

Is there any report that can help us ? I would like to get only the accrual value (if rebate has partial manual pay out, it should not be in this value)

Hi Amish,

Please, see SAP Note 456247 - Accrual conditions w/ calculation type 'B' - fixed amount. I am afraid  it's not possible. So, during the settlement you will have more or less amount in accruals, agains P&L. Perhaps in the new data master, you can modify the percentage of new accrual to achieve a little difference.
