License determination for Purchase Order

Hi All

I am trying to do license determination for purchase order. All configuration completed and i can see in log "Possible import/export license types have been determined" but the system is not finding the license. Even i have maintained license determination strategy for the license.

It finds following selection criteria for import/export license

• Relevant Check date
• Status
• Foerign trade org. Unit
• legal Unit
• ECCN
• Country of Dep/Dest.

But after finding all the above, it does not find ant import/export license.

Please let me know is there something i missed.

Hi Dushyant,

After the log entry "Possible import/export license types have been determined", you should get entries for each License Type that is configured against the Legal Regulation.  Are you getting those entries?

If you are, and then seeing "Could not find any import/export licenses", then usually that will be because you genuinely don't have any Licenses recorded for the selection criteria.  In my experience, the most usual reason is because you've forgotten to set the Status to "active" in the License record.
