Unable to send email in solution manager

Dear All,

Please help me to solve this issue and please suggest me related SAP NOTE to this issue:

Diagnosis

The E-Mail was not sent because all the required details might not have been maintained. This could include one or more of the following:

Account or Contact details

Organizational details

HI Ruchi

Is this solman 7.0 or 7.1

First you need to check BP for the person entered in the ticket if the email id is maintained under communication block in BP Transaction

so let say id xx and bp is 123 goto bp tcode and check email id is maintained.

also post some screenshots for what you doing so we get more clarity if above doesn't resolves the issue

Hi Prakhar,

This is Solman 7.1 and yes email id is maintained in bp.I can't provide screen shots. Can you provide me some more solutions as i have this much information only and thanks for helping me

is this was working earlier or some other users...it might be authorization issue so check with SAP ALL profile as well

Do you have the partner maintained in the action definition...check that in CRMC_ACTION_DEF

Is getting scheduled before saving in the ticket

In addition check below notes

1759791  - E-mail action is not triggered

1041455  - Partner dependant actions are not executed (2)

670544  - FAQ: Actions

Let me know if above doesn't helps we will dig more.

Please suggest me some other solution as it is not an authorization issue .
