Notifications for KRI does not arrived

Hi everyone,

We are implementing in SAP GRC RM 10.0 a set of KRI in a client and we are having some issues with the emails notifications.

If we create an Organization and inside we create a KRI, the notification arrived with out problem. But, if we create a risk using Risk and Oportunities, the KRI Notifications does not arrived.

Can anyone help us with this?

Some help will be appreciated.

Hello John,

Have you checked in SU01 whether the risk owner has an e-mail maintained or not?

Also, are you using custom roles or SAP standard roles?
