Do not see any files in SAP Easy DMS

Hello Gurus,

I can login and search the files/documents in easy DMS but I want to delete some documents.

As you know, we cannot delete documents from search results.

Can you please let me know if there is a configuration so as to delete the documents?

Hi Karan,

You can use MCDOKDEL report to delete the DIR's.

Prior to run this report, Set the Deletion Indicator to the document.

BAPI_DOCUMENT_DELETE_DIRECT allows to directly deleting a DIR (even without deletion flag).
