Hi Gurus,
I am new in the Solution Manager field an try to activate the BI Content for the reporting function for ITSM in Solution Manager 7.1.
The steps which I performed are:
Log on to the ITSM client.
1) Start transaction ORDYWB.
2) In the Reports tab, select all relevant reports.
3) In the InfoTypes tab, select all relevant InfoTypes.
4) Choose Activate all BI Content.
5) Choose Activate, to activate the selected reports and info types.
If I try to activate the BI Content, the following message appears:
Error saving Xcelsius Dashboard /CRMBW/XC_SVO_CLS
Error saving Xcelsius Dashboard /CRMBW/XC_SVO_LEA_TIME
I also checked the BW side and tried to activate the BI Content manually, but received the same Error.
If I check the Documentation for this Erro, it say: "Message no. RSO843"
Until jet I couldn´t find anything on the internet about this error, so I beg you for help in this case.

Hi Artur,
SAP has given a wizard and it is recommend to perform all the activation like BI setup or piece list etc via the same have you checked it.
Kindly run solman_setup transaction and choose ITSM on the left side and run the wizard with relevant steps to complete the setup with BI reporting etc

infact in the wizard you can choose to setup only your custom Z* transaction type reports

first of all thank you for your reply, but the suggestions didn´t help me.
I tried to setup the Interactive Reporting not the ITSM itself.
The Error occure only when I try to activate the Xcelsius Dashboard /CRMBW/XC_SVO_CLS
and Xcelsius Dashboard /CRMBW/XC_SVO_LEA_TIME, as you can see below:
If I try to activate this Content the following Error massage occure:
Perhaps the problem is more clearly now...

Please check if your Solman has proper notes according to your SPS.
