Inconsistency in MM & WM

Dear All,

During Implementation, configuration for Movement type(565 - initial upload to blocked stock) with WM is missed. Due to this the follow-on transactions in WM were not cleared. As the Source BIN is missing the entries in WM at interim loactions (920 & 922) were showing Negative.

Kindly let us know how to clear this stock as we can't do the reversal for the 565 stocks.

Hi,

We can't able to create TO for 565 Material Document, Currently checking the Configuration for that Movement type.

Please find the attachment for LS24 and LX02. In MMBE there is no stock as we have already transferred it. In addition to that included the MB51 document list.

in other words, you have an inconsistency in your system if MMBE is zero and WM is -7925

your 565 movement did not create any stock in WM because of missing customizing, however the transfer posting from for the movement from blocked to unrestricted created stock, you should find a the PCN in LU04. And the transfer with 309 was as well posted in WM, as this caused the negative stock for the unrestricted use stock.

Create your corresponding WM movement type and reference movement type for 565 (and 566), then do another 565, this is needed to create stock in WM to be able to complete LU04 and to move this stock to 920 to eliminate this negative stock.

After that you have 7925 in MMBE but nothing in WM, then execute LX23 to adjust IM based on the WM stock, which means a movement is triggered to remove the 7925 from IM.

Hi Dhinakar,

The standard settings for 565 IM movement utilises 561 in WM. Please see the settings for your whse.

Then refer the source bin details for WM movement type. If the bin has not been created then please create the bin manually.

You may refer the material document in order to create TO if no WM action has taken place so far.
