SE80 is not opening in ECC6 EHP6

Dear Experts,

I am trying to open SE80 tcode in out production system but only waiting screen is shown.

I have checked in Quality and dev server and there this tcode is opening properly but in PRD this is not opening.

I have checked in SM21 and ST22 also but there are no errors.

Please suggest

Our system details:

ERP6 EHP6 on AIX DB6

Hi,

Issue has been resolved.

I tried to open SE80 in client 000 and then did client copy again.

Though this is a time consuming process but for fresh system this solution worked for me.

Hi,

Check in SM50 to see the status of the work process.

If it is hanging while reading table, try to update statistics for the table(oracle database).

Hi,

When you run SE80 do you see any process hanging around in sm50 for your id. Do you see any issue in su53 if authorization is missing.

Hi Sumit,

Have you checked the roles in Production system , mostly in production system those authorizations will not be given to developers...check with your Basis admin once...

Hi sumit jha,

I think you don't have authorization pls contact your SAP Basis Administrator to provide Authorization

and pls check in su53 you get the error message you don't have authorization..

Will you getting error message ,pls check with su53 why because this transaction can be used by developer ,and check your work process get hanging with sm50
