screen numbers for maintenance order objects?

I've activated the LOG_EAM_CI_6 business function. The documentation states: "To be able to assign documents at order level or operation level, you must allow each document type to be assigned to the objects PMAUFK (Maint. Order) or PMAFVC (Maint. Operation)."

How do I determine the screen number to use for PMAUFK and PMAFVC?

In addition, please tell me what screen numbers are set for PMPLKO and PMPLPO?

I have checked the Dynpro numbers of the PG:SAPLCV130, but I couldn't find.

I don't see these as being valid objects. You can look up screens for objects using SE80. See instructions here: http://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/PLM/Maintain+object+links

After that, I found the SAP Note. 0001821916

that says Screen No. is "500" for PMAUFK/PMAFVC/PMPLKO/PMPLPO.

In addition,SAP Note. 0001066915 says that 

I need to maintain Auth. Field value as "1" for all objects in the IMG menu:

Cross-Application Components

- Document Management

-- Control Data

--- Main Screen For Object Link

So, can we use either 231 or 500 for PMAUFK/PMAFVC ?

Also, I do not see the docs assigned to operations in the document assignment list after saving the order. Am I missing something in configuration/authorization?
