Open Text Integration

Any idea how to handle an integration with Open Text?

The idea would be to store a copy of any documents uploaded into CLM - on the open text repository.

There could be several flavors of this integration; including physically storing the documents in open text and storing reference links in Sourcing.  Duplicating the attachments in both systems or even replicating from Sourcing to Open Text during the evening hours..

CLM customers have implemented integration between CLM and other document management systems like Documentum, FileNet, etc. So I am guessing this would be something similar.

There is no standard extractors to extract the contract data from CLM. One option would be to develop a custom solution that extracts the contract documents from CLM and write it to the app server which hopefully can be picked up by Open Text. If Open Text has a web service to send a contract document across, then custom code can be built on the CLM side to make a call to the web service.
