Getting SQL error 942 while upgrading from 4.6 TO ECC 6.0

please help me on this.

SQL Server Error 942 is

Database '%.*ls' cannot be opened because it is offline.

If you are using SQL Server set the database online again with

alter database <SID> set online

there is a problem with one of the BASIS tables of the ABAP was,

The upgrade ****-up one of them,

in order to find the problematic table,

create a ORACLE trace or increase value of the profile parameter "rdisp/TRACE" to 2 or 3.

(after you would find the name table,

try query from the table)

also provide OS and DB Version ( I suspect to be Oracle, but which version?)

ORA-00942 means: table or view does not exist

you are running out of memory.

check if you have a pagefile set up.

check if your memory is the same as expected. Your OS might not be seeing all installed memory.

check instnace profile parameter PHYS_MEMSIZE, it should be set at 70% of total memory.
