Document Management for SAP LSO

Hi Members,

We have implemented LSO and now I would upload documents, handouts and everything is related to course into SAP and give opportunity to attendance to have access when they are register for a course.

What is the solution for this issue? Should I use DMS module or LSO has such functionality. Or I need active something in system or purchase a separate license for any SAP product?

We are using SAP ERP ECC6.0

Hi Shirin,

I think SAP LSO is part of SAP ECC 6.0. If "COURSE" is an object in SAP, You can link a Document create in SAP DMS and Link it to the "COURSE". For which you will have to develope Object Link as per the procedure given in the link below. Check this and discuss with your ABAP consultant.

Once you devlope the object link, you can Link any kind of document to a course such as Power point, pdf, audio file, vedio file etc.

I dont know much about SAP LSO. But this can be done as per my understanding.
