Upgrade SLD (CIM model, CR content) on XI DEV,QA,PRD and SOLMAN PROD

Hello All,

Can you provide steps to upgrade SLD CIM model, CR content ?

Below is the details of XI DEV systems :

SAP EHP 2 for SAP NetWeaver 7.0

Operating System     AIX

ORACLE

11.2.0.3.0

XD1

Below is the current version of CR content of XI development system, please let me know what are the latest files to be applied for CR content  ?

Hi,

Please go ahead with the above files and that is the latest. For the CR content you are already at 9.5 for the CR content so you need to upload CRDelta91608_0-20010858.ZIP. This file will help you to get the delta between 9.5 to 9.8

Hi,

Because you need to keep you SLD updated with all the software component and product released by sap and if you want to install then in your landscape your SLD know about them.

In some cases you need to update the CR Content of the SLD to make it up to date with the SAP.

For example: In customizing the ESS business package while creating the tracks you may not find few dependencies which are required, say EP Build tool doesn't exist in the build time dependencies of the ESS Software component.
