Hi all
We have two licences of Deep Exploration.
One is working fine, but the other is not working at the moment.
We think my predecessor moved the licence to another machine but didn’t restore it to the original PC.
I was given an email address to contact SAP for technical support, but it is not recognised any more.
Could you advise me on how to move the licence back to the original machine, or how I can contact SAP technical support?

You can just enter the activation code onto the old machine and activate it either thru internet or via email.
