Hello,
When I am configuring the MSMP workflow for FF log review, I see in the task settings the "confirm rejection" option.
Does this mean I can reject a FF log?
In addition, I have seen that there is a notification template GRAC_MSMP_LOGRPT_REJECTED.
I have configured my workflow & this template but no rejection of FF log.
If a controller does not agree with the activity in the FF log, he/she should be able to reject it.
Does anybody have experience with this? How do you look at this process?
Thanks & regards,
johan

The main point is that the Firefighter controller acknowledges that he or she has reviewed the log.
The controller can forward the FF log if additional follow-up is required and/or use the Risk Management functionality of GRC to report an incident (in case he/she does not agree with the FF activities executed)
