Archiving of incidents in ITSM

Hi Guys,

I am archiving all test incidents in ITSM according to SAP note 1758090 but for some incidents I could not change them to confimed/closed state as the recipents of those incidents are rolled off from project and locked in my system.

As a result I could not archive them. Please share any workaround or process to get this done.

Hi Jansi,

Thanks for your reply, I am using SolMan 7.1 here, When I am trying to cahnge the status to confirmed the action is not getting successfully executed.

It is throwing a error like no recipient is availiable and no communication data could be determined from address

Please know me your thoughts on this.
