Printing archived billing documents

Hello Friends,

We have a practice of archiving old billing documents after some months down the line.

Our business is in need of printing the invoice outputs for the archived billing documents.

We can very well do this using transaction SARI.

For this we use Archive Explorer -- Archiving Object -- Archive Infostructure.

We then pass the billing document & then select the option "Display Originals".

After this the invoice PDF opens in a web link. The issue is this can be done only one billing document at a time.

But our business wants that this should be done in such a manner that multiple billing document can be passed in this transaction & there must be a provision to print them in one go (like we use VF31 or RSNAST00)

Can you please guide how can this be achieved.

Thanks for the info.

But we do not want to use VF07, we are very well using SARI to print the archived invoices, the only requirement can we do it in a go. Please go thru the query posted in the first thread.

Hi,

VF27 looks specifically for invoice list. Even this does not have the output available.

The user requirement is very specific, as mentioned in my query at the first place.

Can there be a possibility that the above said process can be automated for processing multiple invoice outputs in one go?

you can pass multiple billing documents in SARE (Archive explorer) transaction and from that double click on the record and display from originals. But you can only display one at time..!!

Instead you can write a abap code to get all the billing documents at once based on query and whose billing documents can be seen at one shot. Ask your abaper to explore the back end logic of Archive explorer . Apart from this there is no provision to see multiple billing documents in SAP from Archive.
