Document flow status in sales order

Hi All,

I have creted a Quotation and  with reference to Quotation I have created a sales order. But I see the document flow of sales order. quotattion status is open.

Our business requirement is we are not copying line item of quotation, only we are coping the header value ( Customer & Net value)

Configuration setting as per our business process:

Copy control VTAA : item level copy requirements : 302

                              Activated  updated document flow status

Item catergory level : Completion Rule is maintained as "A"

Could pls share other than this any settings, I have to  do for the  seeting quotation is completed status  in sales order document flow.

Try with completion rule " C " in AGN and see the result.

With above settings are you getting net value at header level in sale order? If you are not going to copy the items how the net value will be copied

For status please check with Completion rule field as blank. Dont use any completion rule because these are for item levels not for header. Delete the completion rule and check again.

Hi,

In VOV7 for item catg AGN, try with " B" in completion rule. It means that item is complete after full quantity is referenced.
