Check your JCO connection details, it might be in inactive state. Please check and make it active. Once it is done restart J2EE and then check simulation option. Let me know if issue still persists.

Hi Raman,
Even after making the JCO in inactive mode and restarting the J2EE, if you still face the issue then try assigning a role to the RFC user: virsa/CC_default_role*.
Then J2EE needs to be restarted now check JCO (Test and Ping should be working fine), and SLD should be up and running.
Hope after doing these your issue will be resolved.
