Maintenance Optimizer not authorized

Hello,

i have some toruble setting up the mopz  in Solution Manager 7.1. When i do a selection in the entry screen an click on select i get the following error:

My selection:

Is this a problem with a authorization of my S-User? If yes, which roles i do require for downloading a file via the mopz?

i re-enabled the BC-Settings but i have still the same error!

Hi Tobias,

Please check if user has assgined roles:

SAP_MAINT_OPT_ADMIN

SAP_MAINT_OPT_ADD

SAP_SMWORK_BASIC

SAP_SMWORK_CHANGE_MAN

Hi Tobias,

As you can see this transaction is processed by SOLMAN_ADMIN (check whether in other session isn't maintained)

There is lack of authorization - run ST01 nad check which authorization is missed.

Provide SPS of SolMan which you are running and let us know if mentioned notes are implemented.

Well for some reasons SOLMAN_ADMIN User can't peform this step.

This works for me:

• I created a new User and assigned the required roles.
• In the  AISUSER Transaction i realized that no S-User Data loaded from the SAP Portal, i performed the background job REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT to get these required data and assigned a S-User to the new user.
• In the Transaction BP_GEN i created a Business Partner for this User

The new User works, but the SOLMAN_ADMIN User still fails with the same error described above!

Hello again,

Run aisuser tcode and check if SOlman_admin has assigned proper s-user at Conact person column.

P.S. What about SolMan version and notes that I wrote ?
